InPublic Systems didn't start as a business. It started as a problem that needed solving.

While volunteering with a national conservative advocacy organization, Jeannie built a multi-state legislative tracking system from scratch — monitoring bills across five states, analyzing them through a consistent values-aligned framework, and delivering actionable intelligence to leaders who needed to move fast. The system analyzed over 296 bills with 99.4% accuracy.

Jeannie recognized that what she had built for one organization could serve many — and that most conservative advocacy groups were fighting without the intelligence infrastructure they deserved. InPublic Systems was founded to change that.

As a naturalized U.S. citizen who immigrated from the Philippines, Jeannie understands firsthand what it means to fight for the values that make this country worth defending. Her academic background in Asian Studies and oral history methodology taught her to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and find the signal in the noise — skills that translate directly into the intelligence work she does today.
